If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help. Please contact me if you would like to return an item and we will work out the details.
If you are returning your item due to damage or a defect when received, please contact me. I will communicate with the production company regarding returns or replacement. In most all circumstances the production company will require pictures of the damage.
Returns-Refunds Regarding *Apparel Purchases
Damaged, defective, wrong item shipped? Please contact me if you receive your item damaged, defective or it is not the item you ordered. I will communicate with the production company to work out the return and/or replacement and/or refund. They will require pictures of damaged or defective items so be prepared to provide those.
Buyers remorse, wrong size, size exchange? Please contact me to work out returns exchanges. Dependent on the reason and situation will determine the shipping address of the return and/or refund. In ALL CASES under these reasons you are responsible for any and all non-refundable return shipping and handling costs. Refunds will not be given until item has been returned, received and inspected for damage.

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds with Julie Senf Art Studio
Once I receive your item I will notify you and let you know the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit on your credit card within 2-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
